Wood-Csokasy engagement
Thomas and Linda Wood of Salem are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Julia Merritt Wood, to David Michael Csokasy, son of Larry and Karen Csokasy of Monroe, Mi.
Julia is a 1997 graduate of Salem High School. She attended Longwood University as a fine arts major, and is currently a student at Virginia Western Community College while employed by Roanoke County Schools as a special education instructional assistant at Clearbrook Elementary School.

Dave is a 1998 graduate of Monroe High School. He graduated in 2006 from The University of Toledo with two Bachelor of Science degrees in computer science engineering and electrical engineering. After working for two years at General Electric in Salem, he is now employed as a senior nuclear power plant controls engineer at Westinghouse in Charlotte, NC.
The couple is planning a spring 2011 wedding and will reside in Charlotte.

I don’t know if anyone has truly found the secret to a successful marriage. It may be that you should always put the other person’s needs ahead of your own, or maybe you should vow to spoil each other with time, attention, and intimacy.
Whatever the secret is, don’t rest until you find it. Love each other with every thing you’ve got and don’t let anything or anyone separate you.
