The Town of Vinton is seeking help in identifying individual in surveillance photo

VINTON–Vinton Police Chief Ben Cook has requested assistance from the public in the identification of an individual who is suspected of being involved in multiple burglaries in Vinton.

The suspect was last seen on June 25, 2012, where he was observed burglarizing the Cleveland Mart at 528 East Cleveland in the Town of Vinton. There have been four more burglaries in the general area since then, all with the same circumstances involved. 

Anyone who has information pertaining to these offenses or who can identify this individual is asked to call the Vinton Criminal Investigations Division at 983-0617, extension 169. Detective Sergeant James Testerman is in charge of the investigation.
