Radford police seek man wanted for string of burglaries

The Radford City Police Department has issued eight felony warrants for Leeshane David “Shane” Ramos for his alleged involvement in a string of robberies that occurred during December in neighborhoods adjacent to the Radford University campus.

Charges include three counts of breaking and entering (Virginia code section 18.2-91), three counts of grand larceny (Virginia code section 18.2-95) and two counts of stolen property with intent to sell or distribute (Virginia code section 18.2-108.01).

A Radford resident, Ramos, 22, is described as a white man.  More charges are anticipated, and the investigation is ongoing.
