Ralph A Musselman II, 48, of New Castle passed away April 21, 2012. He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph A. Musselman, and grandparents Robert Kyle and Katherine Chewning, and Earl and Helen Musselman.
Ralph had a passion for live music and was an accomplished musician with Weekend Fever, Rascal, Shimmer, Leggz and Whiskey River, to name a few. He was computer savvy and had a successful eBay business. Though he also lived in Nashville, Tenn., and Murrell’s Inlet, S.C., he primarily resided in the Roanoke Valley.

He is survived by his mother, Mureline C. Marsden; special second dad Walter W. Marsden, loving brother and best friend Bobby Musselman, close uncle and aunt Ron and Nancy Chewning, several step-siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins and so many special friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 26, at Oakey’s North Chapel. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday. Interment will be at Cedar Lawn Memorial Gardens.
