Amy Ratliff and Dustin Morris were married on Jan. 2 at First United Methodist Church in Salem. The Rev. Bobby Pickle officiated the ceremony.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents, Greg and Janet Ratliff. She is the granddaughter of Nadine Archer and Louise Ratliff, and the late George Conner and the late Carl Ratliff.
The groom is the son of John and Debbie Morris. He is the grandson of Julia Manning and June Morris, and the late Melvin Manning and the late Clyde Morris.
Emily Mook served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Sara Critz, Amanda Strutner, Melissa Hickman and Anna Curtis.
The bride’s second cousin, Sarah Craddock, served as flower girl.
Josh Morris was his brother’s best man. Groomsmen were Andy Ratliff, brother of the bride; Eric Maughan, Kent Hipp and Kyle Siska.
Kyrsti Nelson, cousin of the bride, and Kayleigh Gibson, cousin of the groom, were guest book attendants. Melissa Seamon, Meredith Seamon and Kimberly Seamon, all cousins of the bride, were greeters.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Salem High School and December 2009 of Virginia Tech with a master’s in accounting. She is employed as a public accountant at McLeod & Co. in Roanoke.
The groom is a 2005 graduate of Salem High School and 2009 graduate of Roanoke College with bachelor’s degrees in biology and business. He currently is pursuing a Master’s of Business Administration at Virginia Tech while working as a pharmacy technician at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Salem.
The couple honeymooned on Captiva Island in Florida, and now reside in Blacksburg.
