CRAIG COUNTY – Funeral services have been scheduled for one of three friends killed in an accident on Rt. 311 on Oct. 6. Services for Megan Anne Bradley of Paint Bank will be held at noon on Thursday, Oct. 10, at Grace Baptist Church in New Castle with Pastor Mike Bowman officiating. The family will receive friends the night before, on Wednesday, Oct. 9, from 6-8 p.m.

Funeral arrangements are expected to be announced later for friends Carleigh Taylor and Tia Gardner, who died from injuries in the same accident. Paitsel Funeral Home is in charge of all three funerals.

Two others critically injured in the accident are still in intensive care at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Four of the five graduated from Craig County High School and the fifth is a student there.
