Fincastle postpones 4th fireworks until Sunday

FINCASTLE – Town of Fincastle officials have postponed the Fourth of July fireworks until Sunday, July 8, in the wake of the June 29 windstorm and resulting power problems.

The decision was announced today, July 3. Town manager Dave Tickner made the announcement. On Sunday, bands will play at 6 p.m. and fireworks will start at 9:30 p.m.
