Dunbar-Harrison
Charles Fletcher Dunbar and Ashley Nicole Harrison were married Aug. 21, 2010, at Craig Valley Baptist Church in New Castle. The 2 p.m. ceremony was officiated by Pastor William C. Grindstaff.
Ashley is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul “Kookie” E. Harrison and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Welch Jr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Paul O. Harrison.
Charlie is the son of Timothy M. Dunbar and Debra Bradford and the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dunbar and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Day.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Maid of honor was Julie Welch, aunt of the bride. Bridesmaids were Tracey Craft and Janie McGuire, friends of the bride.
Best man was Casey Dunbar, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Jacob Dunbar and Madison Dunbar, brothers of the groom.
Flower girl was Savannah Harrison, niece of the bride, and train bearer was Katie Day, cousin of the groom. Ring bearer was Austin Harrison, nephew of the bride.
Ushers were David Blevins, uncle of the groom, and Paul E. Harrison Jr., brother of the bride. Guest book attendant was Beth Sterner, friend of the bride. Pianist was Rebecca Francisco and vocalist was Rick Francisco. Photographer was Donna Francisco. The wedding director was Dianne Brown.
Ashley is employed by the Craig County Child Care Center. Charlie is employed by US Food Service. The couple make their home in New Castle.
