Conley, Harry Preston
Harry Preston Conley, 69, of Salem, passed away Monday, March 1, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents, Strother Conley and Lorena Warner Conley and a sister, Patricia Hope. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Eileen W. Conley; daughters, Rene Pollard and husband, Carl, Jr., and Catherine Lyle and husband, David, all of Salem; grandchildren, Jason Pollard and wife, Morgann, of Roanoke, Leah Pollard, of Florida, Scott Pollard, Chelsea Lyle, Drew Lyle and Rachel Lyle, all of Salem; great-granddaughter, Nadahlia Briel Pollard; siblings, Farrell Conley and Shelby, of Salem, Karen and Fred Wright, of Fincastle, Paul and Becky Conley, of Arizona, Brenda Dorn, of Florida; Rick and Sharon Conley of Wirtz, and Pam Conley of Roanoke. Funeral services were held at Lotz Salem Chapel on March 4 with Father Kevin Segerblom officiating. Interment followed in Sherwood Memorial Park.
