Arven, Theodore “Ted” Jr.

Theodore “Ted” Arven Jr., 61, of Roanoke, the 2008 president of the Salem-Roanoke County Chamber of Commerce, died on Feb. 28 after a year-long courageous fight against cancer. Arrangements are by Oakey’s North Chapel.
